The Good News
We all fall short. The Bible says, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Sin separates us from a holy God, and the cost is death — but God loves us too much to leave it there.
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 6:23). Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on the cross to pay that debt, and rose again three days later.
Salvation is a free gift — not earned by being good, but received by faith: “If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9).
